Ordering Process

Select the products you wish to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This will add your selection to the cart.

Here, your shopping cart opens up, giving you the options to "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed to Checkout".

You can modify your selections in the shopping cart at any time before submitting your order. You can do this by changing the quantity of products, deleting selections by clicking the "X" located to the right of the product, or canceling the ordering process altogether. Clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button will take you to the next step in the ordering process.

Please sign in with your email address and password if you already have a customer account; otherwise, please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with data protection regulations (Privacy Notice). They will not be used or disclosed to third parties for any other purposes.

Placing an order without signing in is also possible.

In the following window, you now have the option to choose between "Shipping" or "In-store Pickup." If you select "Shipping," please fill out all necessary fields with your shipping address and choose the appropriate shipping method.

If you choose "In-store Pickup," the address where you can collect your items will be displayed.

Clicking the "Continue" button will take you to the next step in the ordering process.

Please verify your billing address and select your preferred payment method.

Depending on the payment method chosen, it is possible to enter a different billing address. To do this, please uncheck "My billing and shipping addresses are identical" and input the correct billing address into the fields.

By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit your order to us. By doing so, you are making a legally binding offer.
