Delivery / Shipping Costs
Within Germany, we offer free shipping for orders over €29. For orders below €29, we charge €3.90 for shipping within Germany. Cash on delivery shipments are additionally charged at €4.90 regardless of the order value.
Express Delivery: Delivery will be made on the next working day (Mon-Fri, no delivery or shipping on Saturdays) for orders placed by 2:00 PM and for items immediately available (excluding bulky items). Express delivery is only available in Germany and is charged at €19.99.
Bulky Item Express: Delivery will be made on the next working day (Mon-Fri, no delivery or shipping on Saturdays) for orders placed by 10:00 AM and for items immediately available. For bulky item express, we charge €19.99 within Germany.

Information regarding bulky item deliveries:
We dispatch large-volume goods and items weighing over 31 kg, such as pianos, double basses, etc., through a freight carrier. In this case, the carrier responsible for your delivery area will arrange a delivery date with you. Providing your telephone number during the order is therefore essential for bulky items. Deliveries are generally made to the curb. All shipments are insured. If a shipment is lost or the goods arrive damaged, we or the parcel delivery service assume the risk. Our service includes fast and uncomplicated delivery.

Note: The delivery to all European islands is not included in our bulky goods delivery service or is only possible for an agreed surcharge which needs to be aligned in advance.
