The Yamaha YFL-472H is a Yamaha transverse flute with a new pointed lid mechanism and optimized pads, which is actually only known from the professional sector.The YFL-472H is characterized by a pleasant playing feel, new shapes of the key covers and the ring keys. Thanks to the properties of the ring keys, it has a great fullness of sound and even makes it possible to play quarter tones. The headjoint, footjoint and middle joint of the flute are made of sterling silver, which ensures a brilliant and radiant sound. Additional playing security is provided by the built-in E-mechanism. This is an additional lever, which makes the high E (e3) more precise and easier to play. The flute also has an advanced G (position of the key with which the G is played), which improves the ergonomics of the flute. As a result, the instrument adapts to the hand and not the other way around.
