Single coil with mighty output power for banging sounds. This 'wildest fellow' easily takes on the power of humbuckers and P90s. The stronger magnetic field of the thick pole pieces increases the output power and allows us to use a special winding process. The treble and its bite are retained, the mid-range is full and powerful. Ideal for overdriven sounds. The STR-3 neck pickup matches the sound and power of the lead pickup, but has slightly narrower pads. Ideal for classic rock, jazz rock fusion, heavy rock and aggressive instrumental rock.
