Finally, the complete redevelopment of Melton's new Meisterwerk series with Bb tenor horn and Bb baritone is ready for series production. The instruments have been redesigned from the ground up. Unlike the Egerl?nder Musikanten models, the instruments in the new Meisterwerk series are no longer so narrow and bid farewell to the revival sound of the 1950s. They are simply designed to be much larger, which may just mean that the nomenclature for these size designations has shifted.
