The Meinl Sonic Energy Thai Gongs, made in Thailand in the traditional Burmese style, combine impressive sound with the finest craftsmanship. Made of bronze, they produce deep, resonant tones that are perfect for meditation, sound therapy and music. Each gong is hammered by hand, making each piece unique in appearance and sound. The included mallet, which is made from the fabric of old Buddhist monk's robes and has a core of recycled jute sacks, also emphasizes the authentic and sustainable production. The gongs can be played by hand or on a stand, depending on your needs. A special feature is the raised central hump, surrounded by an elegantly engraved floral pattern.
