The birch wood used gives the drum an enormously loud bass, but at the same time a very soft, warm, carrying sound. It finds its counterpart in a noble natural wood look, the counterpoint of which is formed by the highlights of polished chrome fittings.

The shell of the UltraLeicht Deluxe is covered with a very easy-care foil that looks deceptively similar to real wood. Its surface has a special hard coating that reliably reduces scratching.
Designer hoops with an airbrushed look complete the elegant appearance of this drum.
An additional pair of tensioning screws enables very precise tuning.
