J. Rockett Uni- Vibe  Classic Uni-Vibe + Reverb

Experience the legendary analog sounds of the original Univibe, enhanced with modern features. The Uni-Verb is a contemporary version of the classic Univibe. However, we have added features to enhance the already amazing effect. The Uni-Verb reproduces the classic wobbly sounds, but we've added a vintage spring tank reverb to make it even more drippy. Like the original, the Uni-Verb runs internally at 24V. However, a standard 9V power supply (center negative) is sufficient, as the voltage conversion takes place in the pedal. The classic Univibe sound is best achieved by using it before overdrives and other effects, so we have built in a loop that makes it possible to separate vibe and reverb. Both effects can therefore be used individually or together. The operation of the classic Univibe was rather simple, which meant that you had little control over the "thump" (reversal point) of the chorus effect, for example. The Uni-Verb has two separate controls for the chorus section (Chorus Mix and Intensity), which allow complete control over the intensity and the thump. The intensity control also controls the vibrato, but the chorus/mix control does not. Both effects are optimally controlled and the output control allows a slightly higher volume than a vintage Univibe. Both effects can also vibrate/chorus both faster and slower than the original. Many modern versions of the old Univibe tend to be too intense and less musical, we believe we have achieved the perfect balance, just like the original - with the addition of a reverb for more atmosphere.
