iRig Mic Cast HD is a tiny microphone with big sound that can be used to create professional voice and vocal recordings anywhere and on any device. With gold-plated electret condenser capsules, a frequency response of 40 Hz to 20 kHz and 24-bit, 96 kHz converters, iRig Mic Cast HD delivers crystal-clear, detailed recordings despite its pocket size. iRig Mic Cast HD also offers switchable polar patterns, ideal for videos and interviews with the front or display camera. With cardioid and figure-of-eight polar patterns, off-axis noise is attenuated, resulting in high speech intelligibility. Switched to omnidirectional (F+R), this results in a very wide recording field, ideal for recording meetings and conferences. The iRig Mic Cast HD can be attached to almost any commercially available cell phone in seconds thanks to a magnetic snap-on system. The scope of delivery includes Lightning, USB-C and micro USB cables. This means you can get started right out of the box with any iPhone, iPad or Android device. iRig Mic Cast HD is compatible with any app that records audio. The features are rounded off by a built-in headphone output that allows you to monitor the direct or processed signal.
