The WL-20L model is identical to the WL-20, but works without cable simulation. This makes the WL-20L perfect for instruments without a major impact of the capacitive effect on the sound, including acoustic and electric guitars with integrated preamp and/or active pickups as well as instruments with line level, such as a keytar (neck keyboard) or the Roland Aerophone. In addition, the WL-20L also works very well with passive pickup systems, especially if you don't value the subtle headphone damping provided by the cable simulation.

When paired, the batteries built into the transmitter and receiver can be charged in conjunction with a standard USB adapter (5 V / 500 mA or higher), which is also used for the current generation of smartphones and tablets. If required, the transmitter and receiver can also be charged individually. A micro USB cable is included.
