Aguilar Octanizer Gen2 -Analog Octave

The classic Aguilar circuit gets a new look!

The Octamizer  is an analog octave divider that produces a wide range of musical sounds one octave below the original note.

The Octamizer  has independent volume controls for the clean and octave sounds, so that the exact setting of the respective volume is child's play. The two separate signal paths also have their own tone controls, which have been specially developed to improve and expand the musical possibilities.

The Clean Tone control uses a full-spectrum tilt EQ that allows the treble to be boosted while at the same time lowering the bass and vice versa. This unique circuit allows you to create a clean sound that produces an octave doubling effect, or blend the two sounds for a big, thick, biting synth tone.

The Octamizer's Octave Filter knob is a multi-pole low-pass filter that allows you to shape the octave sound from smooth and deep to edgy and synthesizer-like.
