Adams Vibraphone Solist VSWA31S

ADAMS vibraphones are available in three versions with a range of 3 octaves and with an extended range of E-F for the Solist model. The sound plates are made of a specially developed aluminum alloy and have a beautiful tone of unsurpassed quality as well as a balanced sound volume over the entire range. The motor and drive belt are fully integrated into the headstock of the smaller side section and the easily accessible controls are located on the top. A new, patented drive system with a 12-volt motor ensures a quiet, professional drive of the vibrato waves (25 to 150 rpm). The digitally readable drive speed is finely adjustable. A stop function for the vibrator shafts allows them to be stopped in the open or closed position. Voltages of 110 and 220 volts are possible with the aid of an adapter. A sensitive, noiseless damping mechanism made of high-quality felt and a variable height adjustment of the instrument allow any desired playing technique. To avoid unwanted noise from the resonators, they are welded and painted with a durable powder coating.
