Ordering Process: Easy and Convenient Ordering

You can easily and conveniently place orders with us, whether you're a long-time loyal customer or discovering our products for the first time.

Our ordering page is designed to make the entire ordering process as smooth as possible for you.

Here, you'll learn step by step how to place an order with us, from selecting your favorite products to secure payment and fast delivery.

1. Product Selection

Select the products you wish to order by clicking the blue "Add to Cart" button. This will add your selection to the cart.

2. Shopping Cart

Here, your shopping cart opens up, giving you the options to "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout".

You can modify your selections in the shopping cart at any time before submitting your order. You can do this by changing the quantity of products, deleting selections by clicking the "X" located to the right of the product, or canceling the ordering process altogether. Clicking the "Checkout" button will take you to the next step in the ordering process.

3. Order Overvie, Billing Address & Payment

If you already have a customer account and would like to benefit from advantages such as our music world reward points and order overview, please log in with your email address and password.

If you do not have a customer account yet, you have the opportunity to register here and then benefit from the advantages.

Alternatively, you can also order your products as a guest.

Your data will be collected, processed, and used in compliance with data protection regulations (Privacy Notice). They will not be used or shared with third parties.

Then, please fill in all necessary fields with your personal information and delivery address.

Check billing address & select payment method

Now, verify your billing address and select your preferred payment method.

Depending on the payment method, you may enter a different billing address. To do this, please uncheck "My billing and shipping address are the same" and enter the correct billing address in the fields.

Select shipping method

In the "Shipping Methods" section, you now have the option to choose between "Standard Shipping", "Express Shipping", or "Pickup at the Store." Select the shipping method that suits you.

If you choose "Pickup at the Store," the address where you can collect your goods will be displayed.

Finally, double-check that all the information is correct. By clicking the "Place Order" button, you submit your order to us. This constitutes a legally binding offer.
